Carlsbad Village Street Faire

Carlsbad California, known as the quaint beach city that has beautiful sandy beaches, three unique lagoons, outstanding shopping and restaurants and world class sporting events. One of Carlsbad’s greatest feature is the traditional Carlsbad Village Street Faire. One of the most prestigious and largest single day street faires anywhere since 1974! Held in May and November every year.
The Carlsbad Village Street Faire features over 750 unique vendors with a little of everything such as arts & crafts, antiques, unique clothing, items from around the world, and more. Children’s rides, an international food center, and an old-fashioned pancake breakfast guarantee that you’ll find fun for the whole family! Every faire draws crowds in the tens of 1000’s. Save the date for you and your family and also if you are a small business vendor. You don’t want to miss this great event. Apply early and get a great booth location!
Parking for this very popular event is limited, so visitors are encouraged to use the complimentary shuttles that run to and from the faire every 15 minutes. The shuttle pick-up locations are at the northwest corner of Marron Rd and Monroe St. at Shoppes at Carlsbad Plaza Camino Real (Highway 78 and Jefferson) as well as at the Poinsettia Coaster Station (Poinsettia exit off of I-5). There will be limited amount of handicap parking throughout the event. NEW DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES MUST APPLY AT LEAST 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE BOOTH SPACE REQUESTS IN FRONT OF THEIR STOREFRONT.

IMPORTANT Reminder: We will try to renew vendors for the same booth space, or close to it, however we cannot always provide a 100% guarantee of the same space due to venue format changes, non consecutive event renewals etc. Thank you for understanding. Please be sure to renew online AND anticipate receiving an invoice, by email, from the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce after each event for the booth payment for the next event. BOOTH FEES ARE “DUE AND PAYABLE” UPON APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND/OR RECEIPT OF INVOICE. Any booth space renewals received beyond this date, runs the risk of not being honored as a renewal, therefore you may lose the booth space and then subject to the faire vetting/approval process again.
